The Marketplace Challenge
We are currently witnessing "The Great Transition". Every day, 10,000 baby boomers retire, creating a massive transfer of wealth but often lacking a corresponding transfer of spiritual wisdom. Simultaneously, nearly one million millennials leave the church every year, with fewer than 10% participating in anything beyond a Sunday service.
CBWC Atlanta bridges this gap. While many traditional models focus on "come and join," we follow the Jesus model of "go and make". We reach the Business Professional where they spend 50–65% of their time: in the marketplace.

Christian Business Women’s Connection (CBWC) exists to equip, connect, and empower business and professional women to thrive in every area of life—personally, professionally, and spiritually. It was founded with a clear vision: to recognize and activate business and professional women as one of the most powerful, yet untapped, forces for influence in the marketplace.
Today’s woman carries significant demands: leading in her career, managing responsibilities at home, navigating relationships, and striving for success in environments that often require her to do it all. CBWC provides a solution to that reality by creating a space where women don’t have to carry those burdens alone.
